Three Maples Farm is the home of New Hampshire Renaissance Faire. The NH Renaissance Faire is held on two weekends every May. We, as land owners, are always pleased by how many people comment on the beauty of our property. This picturesque country location is peaceful with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it the ideal venue for events and weddings. The farm is surrounded by undeveloped woodlands in conservation. There are no noisy neighbors or interruptions. Three Maples is perfect for anyone who is looking for or an event location or a spot for a romantic wedding.
We are used to handling the many small details that go into making an event. The basic needs of an event are included in the rental cost of the property. These are: Porta potties and Trash removal. There is also a large post and beam screen house that is perfect for a wedding party to use for changing, etc.
We do not do catering nor do we hold a liquor license which means you need to contract with providers directly. We are more than happy to give you with a list of local suppliers of things weddings need. (such as tents and catering) This gives you the ability to create a unique event especially designed to meet your needs and your budget. We are more than happy to be flexible with you making decisions concerning the grounds.
Our property is a beautiful backdrop for any wedding that you can dream up. We can host an event from something very modest to a much more elaborate affair. Choices range from a lovely, simple, out-in-the-open ceremony with a reception following at a different location to an elaborate wedding under tents with all that is needed for a beautiful ceremony and reception.
We are different from other venues as we plan only one wedding in a seven day time frame. Reserving a date also reserves three days before the wedding and three days after the wedding. This allows our clients to set up, have rehearsals and take down after the wedding with privacy and flexibility that no one else offers. Having the rehearsal here is always a good idea as being prepared is the integral part of a smoothly run event.
We can supply lists of local companies who can be relied upon for excellent service. These include contacts for: tents, tables, chairs, tableware, caterers, photographers, bakeries, equipment (such as electric generators)
